90/100, Françoise Bedel is one of the few female champagne makers.
She makes it a point of honour to make stellar champagnes which mainly consist of Pinot Meunier.
The exceptional biodynamic Champagne ' Entre Ciel et Terre’,
consists of 80% Pinot Meunier en 20% Pinot noir.
