His experience is worldwide: Paris, Bordeaux, Saint-Tropez, Chicago, Palm Desert, Saint-Chinian, Istanbul, London, Luxembourg, Eindhoven, Den Haag, Milano, Barcelona, Alta (open air dinner in wintertime above the polar circle) and of course anywhere in Belgium, his homebase. Wim has everywhere a foot on the ground, an tasteful idea high in the sky, deep insights on the oceans!
